Major (Retired) Stefanie Roberts, Principal of North Road Elementary School, led a Flag Ceremony this morning in recognition and remembrance of September 11, 2001. The new flag now flying over North Road was last flown one year ago today on Sept. 11, 2022, during Major Roberts' last deployment with the US Army Reserves.
