Fenton Area Public Schools would like to congratulate and recognize Mr. Mike Bakker, current Fenton High School principal and former athletic director.
At the Michigan Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association conference this weekend, Mr. Bakker will be awarded the Charles E. Forsythe Lifetime Achievement Award by the Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA)
This award is selected by the MHSAA for an individual who has made outstanding contributions to athletics at the local, statewide, and national levels during their career.
As an organization, we are extremely proud of Mr. Bakker and his commitment to our students since joining the district in 2004.
